These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ArvoFin’s software platform and services. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided
   • Invite clients to upload or link financial data
   • Analyze portfolio performance, risk, and efficiency
   • Generate personalized investment proposals
2. User Accounts and Access
   • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
   • Ensure only authorized users access your account
   • All activities that occur under your firm’s account
3. Acceptable Use
   • Use the platform for lawful and authorized purposes only
   • Do not attempt to probe or breach ArvoFin systems
   • Do not misrepresent client data or user identity
   • Do not interfere with or degrade platform performance
4. Client Data
   You retain ownership of all client financial data you or your clients upload. By using our Services, you grant ArvoFin a license to process, analyze, and display this data to users within your firm and to generate proposals.
5. Data Privacy and Compliance
   You agree to comply with all applicable privacy and fiduciary regulations. ArvoFin is not responsible for the regulatory compliance of proposals you generate using our platform.
6. Subscription and Billing
   Subscription fees and billing terms are outlined in your agreement with ArvoFin. Non-payment may result in suspension of access.
7. Modifications to Service
   We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the platform or specific features with reasonable notice. We will provide advance notice for any material changes that may impact your usage.
8. Termination
   • You may terminate your account with written notice. ArvoFin may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data.
9. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArvoFin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Services.
10. Indemnification
    You agree to defend and indemnify ArvoFin against any third-party claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
